1 ccoconut, shredded
1-1/2 cchopped, toasted pecans, divided
1 pkgcake mix, devils food
1(8 ounce) cream cheese, softened
1/2 cbutter, melted
2 cpowdered sugar
1/2 cchocolate chips
How to Make German Chocolate Dump Cake
- In a greased 9 X 13 inch baking pan, sprinkle coconut and 1 cup pecans.
- Prepare cake mix as directed on box.
Pour batter into pan.
- In a large bowl, beat cream cheese, butter and vanilla until smooth; beat in powdered sugar. Stir in chocolate chips and remaining pecans.
Soon over batter.
- Cut the batter with a knife to swirl.
Bake at 350 degrees for 35 to 40 minutes.
Cool in pan on wire rack.
