Ingredients
- 5 - apples
- 5 tablespoons sugar
- 2 teaspoons cinnamon
- 3 cups flour
- 2 1/2 cups sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon salt (i omit)
- 4 - eggs
- 1 cup oil
- 2 teaspoons vanilla
- 1/3 cup orange juice
- 1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1 1/2 teaspoons baking soda

Step 1Grease and flour a 10" bundt pan. Oven to 350 degrees. Peel, core and thinly slice apples. Toss with sugar and cinnamon. Set aside. Combine flour, sugar, salt, eggs, oil, vanilla, orange juice, powder and soda. Blend on low 1 min, increase speed to med, 3 min. Dough will be very thick. Fill pan with alternating layers of apple and dough, starting and ending with dough. Bake 1 1/2-1 3/4 hours or until done. Cool 10 min, invert and remove pan. Cool and glaze with sugar, oleo, vanilla and water.
