Ingredients
- 4 cups apples,peeled & diced
- 2 cups sugar
- 1 cup canola oil
- 2 - eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 2 cups flour
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 2 teaspoons cinnamon
- 1/2 cup chopped nuts
How To Make german apple cake

Step 1Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Greese and flour a 9 X 13 pan and set aside.

Step 2In a mixing bowl, combine the sugar, oil, eggs and vanilla. add the flour, baking soda, salt and cinnamon and mix well. Stir in the apples, nuts and mix well. The batter will very thick.

Step 3Spoon into the pan, smooth the top with a spoon, and bake for 50-55 mins.
