How to Make Georgia Cornbread (not really cornbread)
- Preheat oven to 350. Lightly grease a 9x13 baking dish. In large bowl stir together sugar, brown sugar, eggs and oil until smooth. Add flour, vanilla & pecans; mix well. Pour into prepared pan and bake for about 35 minutes.
- Note: I sometimes use 1 cup finely chopped pecans and 1 cup coarsely chopped pecans. It's fine either way!
