Ingredients

1 cup all purpose flour
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
1 - egg
3/4 cup milk
- vegetable oil (for cooking)

How To Make funnel cake mix

Step 1

mix all dry ingredients. You can store this in an air tight container.

Step 2

Take 1 cup of the dry mix and mix with the milk and egg. Beat with a fork till smooth. Cook in hot oil for 1 minute on each side or until golden brown. Drain on a paper towel, sprinkle with powdered sugar.
Step 3

I have even sprinkled with cinnamon sugar.
