- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 1/3 cups sugar
- 1 1/2 teaspoons cocoa powder
- 1/2 cup butter (one stick)
- 2 cups flour
- 4 teaspoons baking powder
- 1 cup milk
- 1 cup walnut pieces
- MIX TOGETHER, POUR INTO 9 X 13 PAN SET ASIDE
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 1/2 teaspoons cocoa powder
- MIX AND SREAD ON FIRST LAYER
- 2 cups hot water
