3 cunsweeten chunky apple

2 cflour

1 cbrown sugar or splenda brown sugar

1/4 cmaple syrup

1 ccanned pumpkin

3eggs, beaten

1/3 cvegetable oil

2 tspbaking powder

1/4 tspbaking soda

1 tspcinnamon

1/4 tspnutmeg

pinch salt

2 cbuttercream frosting

non-stick cooking spray
How To Make full of fall cake

1Liberally spray the slow cooker with non-stick cooking spray. Put applesauce in the bottom and spread evenly to cover.

2In a large bowl, combine flour, brown sugar, syrup,pumpkin, eggs, vegetable oil, baking powder, baking soda,salt, cinnamon, and nutmeg. Beat with electric mixer on medium until combined , and then for another 2 minutes, scraping the side of the bowl. Use a spatula to transfer the cake mixture to the slow cooker and over the applesauce mixture.

3Double layer some paper towels and place over the top of the cooker to absorb any moisture. Cover the slow cooker as usual, and cook on High for 2 hours or until to toothpick inserted in the center come out clean. When cool, frost with buttercream frosting.
