1combine milk, chocolate & butter in a large saucepan.Cook until mixture looks like a thin pudding, stir all the time. Remove from heat, add sugar. Let cool until lukewarm.
Add eggs. Sift in dry ingredients, mix until well blended for 2 minutes, Add vanilla. Pour into parchment lined pans, grease sides of pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 35-45 minutes or until cake tests done. Cool
