Ingredients
- 1 cup butter (not margarine)
- 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 2 1/2 teaspoons vanilla
- 5 cups confectioner's sugar
- 1/4 cup milk
How To Make fudge frosting

Step 1In medium bowl, cream the butter. Beat in cocoa and vanilla. In three additions, alternately beat in the confectioner's sugar and milk.

Step 2Use and store icing at room temperature, as icing will set if chilled. You can store in an airtight container for up to three days.
