Ingredients
- 3 large eggs
- 1-1/2 cup plus 3 tbsp sugar, divided
- 3/4 cup canola oil
- 1/4 cup orange juice
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 2 cups all purpose flour
- 1 cup whole wheat flour
- 3 teaspoons baking powder
- 1 - 21 oz can apple pie filing, or pie filling of your choice
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
How To Make fruity coffee cake

Step 1Heat oven to 350. Spray a bundt pan w/ cooking spray. In lg bowl, cream eggs, 1-1/2 cups sugar, oil, orange juice and vanilla until smooth.

Step 2Add flours and baking powder, mix well. Pour 1/2 the batter into pan. Spread pie filling over batter. In small bowl, mix remaining sugar and cinnamon. Sprinkle 1 tsp over filling.

Step 3Spoon remaining batter over cinnamon mix. Sprinkle w/ remaining cinnamon mix. Bake 15 mins. Reduce heat to 300. Bake 1 hr, or until a toothpick inserted into cake comes out clean.
