2 c
whole milk
1/2 c
caramel flavored non dairy creamer
16 oz
frozen pound cake
14-16 oz
frozen berries thawed but not drained

How to Make Fruity Caramel Flan Pound Cake


  • 1Remove caramel sauce from package and set aside. Using the 2 cups milk prepare the flan mix, stir in flavored non dairy creamer. Cool 15 minutes
  • 2Cut cake into 8 equal pieces. Overlap 2 pieces on each plate. Top cake with a few berries and 2 tablespoons of the berries juice.
  • 3Spoon 1/3 cup of flan mix over the cake and berries, then drizzle caramel sauce over all.
