Ingredients
- 2 cups flour
- 1 1/3 cups sugar
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 2 - eggs
- 1 large can of fruitcocktail
- CAKE INGREDIUNTS
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 can chopped nuts (my favo is pecans)
- 1/3 cup coconut
- BROWN SUGAR MIXTURE FOR TOP OF CAKE
- 1 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup canned milk
- 1/3 cup butter or margarine
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- HOT MIXTURE USED LAST ON CAKE
How To Make fruitcocktail cake

Step 1mix the flour,dugar,baking soda, salt,eggs, and fruitcocktail in a large bowl. Pour into a prepared 9x13 cake pan. Over the top sprinkle the brown sugar mixture and bake at 350 for 40 mins

Step 2remove from oven and liberally punch the top with a knife and pour over the hot mixture. seve warm or cold.
