  • TOPPING

  • 1
    plums, pitted and cut into wedges
  • 1 Tbsp
    sugar
  • 1/2 tsp
    cinnamon
  • CAKE

  • 3 Tbsp
    butter, melted
  • 6 Tbsp
    flour
  • 1/2 tsp
    baking powder
  • 2 Tbsp
    milk
  • 2 Tbsp
    egg substitute

How to Make Fruit on the bottom/top Mug Cake

Step-by-Step

  1. Place parchment paper around mug.
  2. Arrange plums in the bottom of mug. Sprinkle with sugar and cinnamon
  3. Combine all cake ingredients and spread over plums.
  4. Microwave 3 minutes. Remove and let cool 10 minutes.
  5. Enjoy!
