Ingredients

  • DIP:
  • 8 ounces cream cheese, low fat, room temperature
  • 8 ounces greek yogurt, plain, fat free
  • 2 tablespoons pure vanilla extract
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • FRUIT 'N CAKE KABOBS:
  • 14 ounces angel food cake or pound cake, cut into 1" cubes
  • - assorted berries
  • - grapes, seedless, red, green &/or purple
  • - peach pieces
  • - banana chunks
  • - pear pieces
  • - mandarin orange pieces
  • - kiwi chunks
  • - honeydew melon
  • - cantaloupe melon
  • - watermelon

How To Make fruit 'n cake kabobs w/ cheesecake yogurt dip

  • Step 1
    DIP: In a medium bowl, combine the cream cheese, yogurt, vanilla & sugar. Mix well until sugar dissolves; set aside.
  • Step 2
    FRUIT 'N CAKE KABOBS: Thread assorted fruit & cubes of cake onto each skewer, alternating fruit pieces & cake. Place finished skewers on a platter & refrigerate until ready to eat.
  • Step 3
    Serving Size: 1 skewer, 1 tbsp dip
