- DIP:
- 8 ounces cream cheese, low fat, room temperature
- 8 ounces greek yogurt, plain, fat free
- 2 tablespoons pure vanilla extract
- 1/4 cup sugar
- FRUIT 'N CAKE KABOBS:
- 14 ounces angel food cake or pound cake, cut into 1" cubes
- - assorted berries
- - grapes, seedless, red, green &/or purple
- - peach pieces
- - banana chunks
- - pear pieces
- - mandarin orange pieces
- - kiwi chunks
- - honeydew melon
- - cantaloupe melon
- - watermelon

Step 1DIP: In a medium bowl, combine the cream cheese, yogurt, vanilla & sugar. Mix well until sugar dissolves; set aside.

Step 2FRUIT 'N CAKE KABOBS: Thread assorted fruit & cubes of cake onto each skewer, alternating fruit pieces & cake. Place finished skewers on a platter & refrigerate until ready to eat.
