This is one of my mom's favorite recipe. She makes it for family gathering's and other get to gathers. This is always a big hit. Made this for a church dinner and quite a few ladies at church wanted the recipe. Their always looking for it at all the luncheons we have at church. You may use whatever pie filling you like. We've always used Blueberry. Hope you enjoy it as much as we do.

Ingredients

  • CRUST
  • 1 cup graham crackers crumbs
  • 1 cup pecans, chopped
  • 1 cup self rising flour, sifted
  • 1 cup butter, softened
  • 1 cup powder sugar, sifted
  • FILLING
  • 8 ounces cream cheese
  • 1 cup powder sugar, sifted
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 14 ounces can sweet condensed milk
  • 1 can comstock fruit pie filling
  • 1 large cool whip

How To Make fruit delight

  • Step 1
    Preheat oven 400 degrees.
  • Step 2
    For Crust: Mix all ingredients together.
  • Step 3
    Spread in a 13x9x12 baking pan.
  • Step 4
    Bake for 10-15 minutes.
  • Step 5
    Crumble and place in a container at least 2 inches deep.
  • Step 6
    For Filling: pour Comstock Pie Filling over crust.
  • Step 7
    Then cream together cream cheese, sifted powder sugar, vanilla extract and sweet condensed milk.
  • Step 8
    Pour entire mixture over pie filling.
  • Step 9
    Top with large container of Cool Whip.
  • Step 10
    Refrigerate until ready to serve.
