This is so versatile. You can make it with any fruit you want. I have tried strawberry and blueberry so far and both are delicious!.

Ingredients
- - 1 cup all purpose flour
- - 1/2 cup sugar
- - 2 tsp baking powder
- - 1/2 tsp salt
- - 1 egg
- - 1/2 cup milk
- - 2 tbsp melted butter
- - 1 1/2 cup sliced strawberries or any other fruit

- - 1/2 cup packed brown sugar
- - 6 tbsp flour
- - 1/2 cup oatmeal
- - 1/4 cup chopped pecans
- - 6 tbsp cold butter
How To Make fruit coffee cake

Step 1In a large bowl, mix the first seven ingredients. Pour into a greased 8 inch square pan. Top with a layer of fruit. In a stand mixer (or by hand) mix topping ingredients and crumble over the fruit. Bake at 375 degrees for 35 minutes.
