I got this out of a church cookbook. Makes a nice easy cake.

Ingredients
- 2 cups flour
- 2 - eggs
- 1 1/2 cups sugar
- 1 (16 oz.) can fruit cocktail
- 2 teaspoons baking soda
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- - frosting ingredients
- 1 stick margarine
- 1/2 cup canned evaporated milk (not condensed)
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1 cup flaked coconut
- 1/2 cup chopped nuts
How To Make fruit cocktail cake

Step 1For Cake: Mix all ingredients well.

Step 2Pour into greased and floured 9x13 pan.

Step 3Bake at 350 degrees for 30-35 minutes.

Step 4Cool.

Step 5For Frosting: Mix all ingredients in saucepan. Boil together 1 minute.

Step 6Cool and spread on cooled cake.
