How to Make Fruit Cocktail Cake
- 1Mix flour,granulated sugar and baking soda together in large mixing bowl.Add eggs and fruit cocktail.mix and pour into a lightly greased and floured cake pan(a 13x9inch or two 8 inch cake pans)Sprinkle brown sugar and chopped walnuts over top of batter.
- 2Bake in a preheated 350 degree oven for 30-35 minutes or until tooth pick inserted in center comes out clean.Great served with cool whip topping
