Ingredients
- 2 cups plain flour
- 1 1/2 cups sugar
- 1 can fruit cocktail, canned
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 2 teaspoons soda
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 medium eggs beaten
- ICING
- 1 stick margarine
- 2/3 cup evaporated milk
- 1 cup coconut
- 1 cup chopped pecans
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
How To Make fruit cocktail cake

Step 1Mix well do not beat, Bake in a greased 9x13 pan. 325* for30 min.

Step 2Boil margarine and milk over med heat for one minute Add remaining ing. and pour over cake while hot.
