How to Make Fruit Cocktail Cake
1For cake: Mix all above ingredients together. Pour into large greased pyrex baking dish, and bake at 350 F. for 35 to 40 minutes. (After cake is done, leave it in the baking dish.)
2For Icing: Mix all ingredients together in a sauce pan; cook for 1 minute after mixture starts to bubble, then spread on top of cake. Toast in the oven until it starts to turn a light brown.
