Ingredients
- CAKE:
- 2 cups all purpose flour
- 1 1/2 cups sugar
- 2 teaspoons baking soda
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 can fruit cocktail, in heavy syrup (do not drain)
- TOPPING:
- 1 small bag grated coconut
- 1 small bag chopped walnuts
- 1 stick butter
- 1 can evaporated milk

Step 1CAKE: Preheat oven to 350 degree. Bake for 30 minutes.

Step 2TOPPING: Cook over medium heat sugar, butter and milk 10 minutes. Add coconut and walnuts. Pour over cake.
