Ingredients
- 1 medium coconut
- 1 pound black walnuts
- 1 pound dates, chopped
- 1/2 pound red cherries, candied
- 1/2 pound green cherries, candied
- 1 pound seedless raisins
- 1/2 pound figs
- 1 pound chopped pecans
- 1/2 pound candied pineapple
- 1 cup self rising flour
- 1 1/2 cans eagle brand milk
How To Make fruit cake

Step 1Coat fruit and nuts with flour, mix well

Step 2Add milk, mix well

Step 3Pack tightly in a greased and floured tube pan

Step 4Cook @ 250 degrees for 1 hour and 15 min.

Step 5Cool and store in a tight container
