How to Make Frozen Blueberry Muffins
- In large bowl combine flour, baking powder & salt.
- In a mixing bow, cream butter & sugar.
- Add eggs, milk & vanilla, mix well.
- Stir in dry ingredients just until moistened.
- Fold in frozen blueberries.
- Fill greased or paper lined muffin pan, 2/3 full.
- Sprinkle topping over muffins.
- Bake at 375 for 20-25 minutes.
- Cool in pan for 10 minutes before moving to wire rack.
