  • 4 c
    all purpose flour
  • 4 tsp
    baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp
  • 1 c
    butter, softened
  • 2 c
  • 4
  • 1 c
  • 2 tsp
  • 2 c
    frozen blueberries, unthawed

  • 2 Tbsp
  • 1/2 tsp
    nutmeg, ground

How to Make Frozen Blueberry Muffins


  1. In large bowl combine flour, baking powder & salt.
  2. In a mixing bow, cream butter & sugar.
  3. Add eggs, milk & vanilla, mix well.
  4. Stir in dry ingredients just until moistened.
  5. Fold in frozen blueberries.
  6. Fill greased or paper lined muffin pan, 2/3 full.
  7. Sprinkle topping over muffins.
  8. Bake at 375 for 20-25 minutes.
  9. Cool in pan for 10 minutes before moving to wire rack.
