Ingredients
- 1 can unspiced pumpkin (15 oz)
- 1 2/3 cups white sugar
- 4 - eggs
- 1 cup oil
- 2 cups flour
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 2 teaspoons cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cloves
- 1/2 teaspoon ginger
- 1 can cream cheese frosting
How To Make frosted pumpkin bars

Step 1Preheat oven to 350. Grease a 9x13 pan. (a 12x18 cookie sheet with sides can be use for thinner bars)

Step 2Blend pumpkin, sugar, eggs, and oil for 2 minutes.

Step 3Add flour, baking soda, baking powder, salt, cinnamon, nutmeg, ground cloves, and ginger. Mix at medium speed for 5-7 minutes.

Step 4Pour into your prepared pan. Bake at 350 for 20-25 minutes.

Step 5Once cool, cover with cream cheese frosting.
