frosted pumpkin bars

Just in time for the holidays, these bars are divine and I could eat them by the dozen. That's why I don't make them but once a year.

Ingredients
- 4 large eggs
- 1 2/3 - sugar
- 1 cup vegetable oil
- 1 can 15oz solid pack pumpkin
- 2 cups all purpose flour
- 2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 teaspoon salt
- CREAM CHEESE ICING
- 1 package 3 oz cream cheese, softened
- 2 cups powdered sugar
- 1/4 cup butter, softened
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1-2 tablespoon milk
How To Make frosted pumpkin bars

Step 1In a mixing bowl, beat eggs, sugar, oil and pumpkin. Combine flour, cinnamon, baking powder, baking soda and salt; gradually add to pumpkin mixture and mix well. Pour into an ungreased 15"x10"x1" baking pan( a cookie sheet with an edge will work)

Step 2Bake 350 degrees for 25-30 minutes. Cool completely.

Step 3For icing, beat cream cheese, sugar and butter and vanilla in small mixing bowl. Add enough milk to achieve desired spreading consistency. Spread over bars.
