Good Banana Cake with Cream Cheese Frosting. This is made in a 15x10x2" pan.

Ingredients

1/2 cup margarine..softened
2 cups sugar
3 - eggs
1 1/2 cups mashed bananas(about 3 medium)
1 teaspoon vanilla
2 cups flour
1 teaspoon baking soda
FROSTING
1/2 cup margarine..softened
1 package (8oz)cream cheese..softened
4 cups powdered sugar
2 teaspoons vanilla

How To Make frosted banana bars

Step 1

Cream butter,sugar. Beat in eggs,vanilla,bananas. Combine flour,soda,salt. Add to creamed mixture.Mix well.

Step 2

Pour into a greased 15"x10"x2" pan. Bake 350..25 minutes...Cool.
Step 3

FOR FROSTING: Cream butter,cream cheese in a mixing bowl. Gradually add confectioner sugar and vanilla.Beat well. Spread on bars.
