Ingredients
- 1/2 cup butter or margarine, softened
- 1 1/2 cups sugar
- 2 - eggs
- 8 ounces sour cream
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 cups flour
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 3 medium mashed bananas
- 1 can cream cheese frosting
How To Make frosted banana bars

Step 1Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

Step 2Cream butter/margarine and sugar. Add eggs, sour cream, and vanilla.

Step 3In a separate bowl, combine dry ingredients.

Step 4Gradually mix dry ingredients into creamed mixture. Mix in the mashed bananas.

Step 5Spread into a greased 15x10 inch baking pan. Bake at 350 for 20-25 minutes or until a toothpick inserted near the center comes out clean. Cool completely.

Step 6Frost with cream cheese frosting. Store in the fridge.
