How to Make Fresh Strawberry Upside Down Cake - Steph
- 1Spray Pam on 9 x 13" pan. Spread crushed strawberries on the bottom of pan. Evenly sprinkle the dry Jello mix over the strawberries. Top with the miniature marshmallows.
- 2Prepare the cake mix according to the package directions. Pour over the marshmallows.
- 3Bake at 350 degrees for 40 - 50 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in center of cake comes out clean. Cool 15 minutes in pan. Run knife around the sides to loosen. Invert onto serving tray. Store cake in refrigerator. I used a Butter Cake and it was delicious!
