fresh strawberry cake
This recipe was shared to me from my friend Emily. It has become a fast favorite for our family. It’s very easy to make and so delicious.

Ingredients
- 1 box white cake mix
- 1 (3 oz) box strawberry jello
- 4 large eggs
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/3 cup all purpose flour
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/2 cup finely chopped fresh strawberries
- FROSTING
- 1- 8 oz packages cream cheese softened
- 1 - 16 oz packages cool whip thawed
- 1 cup confectionery sugar
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 3/4 cup finely chopped strawberries
How To Make fresh strawberry cake

Step 1Mix all ingredients together on low speed for one minute. Scrape down sides and mix on medium for 2 minutes.

Step 2Pour batter into 3- 8 or 9 inch cake pans

Step 3Bake for 23 minutes at 350 degrees or until cake is done. Let cool in pans on a wire rack for 10 minutes. Turn out layers and cool completely before frosting.

Step 4For frosting, mix all ingredients until combined except strawberries. Add berries last and mix well.
