fresh peach pound cake
This is a must at our July 4 th picnic. I have been making this cake for over 10 years and is the family favorite of all my cakes. Of this big cake I never have left overs.

Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups oil
- 2 cups sugar
- 3 - eggs
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 3 cups self-rising flour
- 3 cups finely chopped fresh yellow peaches
- 1 cup chopped nuts (walnut or pecan )
- 1 cup coconut
- 1 - 3oz cream cheese
- 5 teaspoons peach juice puree
- 1 1/2 cups powered sugar
How To Make fresh peach pound cake

Step 1Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Mix first 8 ingredients in order. Pour into greased tube pan. Bake 1 hour. Cool 10 minutes in pan. Place on cooling rack to cool completely.

Step 2Mix last 3 ingredients well and spoon over cake when cooled.
