Ingredients

  • 1
    yellow cake mix
  • 3
    eggs
  • 1/2 c
    sour cream
  • 1 c
    butter, softened (2 sticks)
  • 1 tsp
    vanilla
  • 1/4 tsp
    cinnamon
  • 3 oz
    sugar free peach jello
  • 3
    fresh peaches, peeled and sliced

How to Make Fresh Peach Cake

Step-by-Step

  1. Mix cake mix, eggs, sour cream, butter, vanilla, cinnamon, and Peach Jello on medium speed until well mixed; about two minutes. Spread in 9 x 13" greased and floured baking dish and then line sliced peaches to cover top. Sprinkle nutmeg over top of peaches and bake 35 - 40 minutes. Sprinkle with powdered sugar if desired. Serve with vanilla ice cream. YUMMO!
