1 pkgfresh frozen coconut
How to Make Fresh Coconut Cake
- Bake cake in a 9x13 pan according to the directions on the box.
- Bring 1 cup milk and 3/4 cup sugar to a boil. Spoon onto warm cake. This seems like a lot of liquid, but it's ok.
- Let stand until cool. Spread with cool whip and sprinkle with 1 pkg. fresh frozen coconut.
- Keep refrigerated.
