This is a very moist and creamy coconut cake. My family loves it. The longer it sits in the fridge the better it is. Hope you enjoy.

Ingredients

  • 1 can cream of coconut
  • 1 can sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 box duncan hines white cake mix
  • 2 boxes jello instant coconut pudding
  • 1 box large cool whip
  • 3 packages frozen coconut

How To Make fresh coconut cake

  • Step 1
    Mix cake mix as directed on the box and back. When cake is done poke holes in cake. Best baked in a 9x13 pan
  • Step 2
    Mix Cream of Coconut and Sweetened Condensed Milk pour over warm cake.
  • Step 3
    Use one bag of the frozen coconut and spread over cream of coconut mixture.
  • Step 4
    Mix coconut pudding as directed on package. Pour over cake after cooled.
  • Step 5
    put the cool whip on top with the other 2 bags of frozen coconut.
  • Step 6
    put in fridge. Wait one day before cutting.
