We grow our own Blueberries so when they come in season, its time to make some muffins. They are a good quick breakfast with coffee or juice.

How to Make Fresh Blueberry Muffins


  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees. In a large bowl combine egg,milk, oil, flour, sugar. Mix well.
  2. add the cup of drained blueberries. Fold in blueberries with spatula.
  3. Pour blueberry mixture into greased muffin pan. Bake 400 degrees for 20 minutes. Let cool slightly and spread with butter. Makes 12 muffins.
