Ingredients
- 3 - eggs
- 2 cups sugar
- 1 cup wesson oil
- 2 cups self-rising flour
- 3/4 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 cups chopped granny smith apples
- 1 cup chopped pecans
How To Make fresh apple nut cake

Step 1Beat eggs. Slowly add sugar, cream well. Add oil slowly, mix oil into sugar and eggs. Sift flour and cinnamon together and add to first mixture.

Step 2Add vanilla, mix well. Fold in apples & nuts. Bake in a greased bundt pan @ 350' for 1 hour.
