    wesson oil
  • 2 c
    self-rising flour
  • 3/4 tsp
  • 1 tsp
    vanilla extract
  • 2 c
    chopped granny smith apples
  • 1 c
    chopped pecans

How to Make Fresh Apple Nut Cake


  1. Beat eggs. Slowly add sugar, cream well. Add oil slowly, mix oil into sugar and eggs. Sift flour and cinnamon together and add to first mixture.
  2. Add vanilla, mix well. Fold in apples & nuts. Bake in a greased bundt pan @ 350' for 1 hour.
