Ingredients For fresh apple cake

    eggs, well beaten
  • 1 c
    oil
  • 2 c
    sugar
  • 2 tsp
    vanilla extract
  • 3 c
    sliced apples, i like granny smith
  • 1 c
    walnuts
  • 3 c
    all purpose flour
  • 1 tsp
    salt
  • 1 tsp
    baking soda
  • 1 tsp
    cinnamon

How To Make fresh apple cake

    Combine eggs, oil, sugar an vanilla
  • 2
    Sift together flour, soda, salt and cinnamon, Gradually add to egg mixture. Mix well: add apples and walnuts

    Pour into well greased 13x9x2" baking pan. Bake at 325 for 45-55 minutes. Serve warm with ice cream or whipped cream.
