Ingredients

2 cups sugar
1 cup butter
2 cups flour
1/2 teaspoon salt
4 cups apples, fresh grated
2 - eggs
2 teaspoons vanilla
2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
1 teaspoon nutmeg
1 cup pecans, chopped

How To Make fresh apple cake

Step 1

Mix together sugar, eggs, butter and vanilla.

Step 2

Add remaining ingredients and mix well
Step 3

Bake in loaf or tube pan that has been greased and floured.
Step 4

Bake 30 to 40 minutes at 350 degrees.
