One of my co-workers brought this to work and I jus had to have the recipe.It was so good.

2 - eggs
2 cups sugar
1 cup wesson oil
3 cups cubed apples (small pieces)
2 1/2 cups self-rising flour
1 teaspoon cinnamon, ground
1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
1 teaspoon all spice
1 cup chopped pecans

How To Make fresh apple cake

Step 1

Mix all together and put in tube pan and bake at 325 for dark pan for 1 hour.
