- 2 - eggs
- 1 1/3 cups corn oil
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Step 3mix in apples & pecans Bake 1 hour at 325

Step 4Glaze: 1 stick butter 1 cup light brown sugar 1/4 cup evaporated milk Bring to full boil, remove from heat add 1/2 teasp vanilla. Drizzle on cool cake.
