When Fall arrives and the apples start coming in,, it's always fun to make an apple cake that is just awesome. My Granny was the one that taught me about making desserts from fresh fruit.

Ingredients

2 cups sugar
3 - eggs
2 cups self rising flour
1 cup cooking oil
1 teaspoon cinnamon
3 cups peeled & diced apples
1 cup chopped nuts

How To Make fresh apple cake

Step 1

Mix all ingredients together making the apples and nuts last.

Step 2

pour into greased and floured tube pan.
Step 3

Bake 350,,,, 45 minutes to 1 hour...
