In my opinion, this cake is TO DIE FOR!!! It's one of my favorite recipes. Everyone whose tried it loves it and I hope you do too...

Ingredients
- MIX TOGETHER:
- 2 cups sugar
- 1 1/2 cups vegetable/canola oil
- 3 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- ADD:
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon -{i use 1 tbsp}
- 3 cups flour
- FOLD IN:
- 4 cups chopped fresh apples
How To Make fresh apple cake

Step 1Bake at 325° for 1 hour+(approx) in tube/bundt pan. Cake is done when tester is almost totally dry.

Step 2Sprinkle top with 10X sugar after partially cooled. Store in refrigerator. Good warmed or cold.
