In my opinion, this cake is TO DIE FOR!!! It's one of my favorite recipes. Everyone whose tried it loves it and I hope you do too...

Ingredients

  • MIX TOGETHER:
  • 2 cups sugar
  • 1 1/2 cups vegetable/canola oil
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • ADD:
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon -{i use 1 tbsp}
  • 3 cups flour
  • FOLD IN:
  • 4 cups chopped fresh apples

How To Make fresh apple cake

  • Step 1
    Bake at 325° for 1 hour+(approx) in tube/bundt pan. Cake is done when tester is almost totally dry.
  • Step 2
    Sprinkle top with 10X sugar after partially cooled. Store in refrigerator. Good warmed or cold.
