How to Make French Pound Cake
- Preheat oven to 325 degrees
Cream 1/2 pound of butter with sugar.
Add 1 cup of flour and cream into mixture. Add egg yolks, milk and remaining flour. Add baking powder and salt batter. Beat egg whites and fold into batter.
Bake for 1 hour and 15 minutes or until tooth pick comes out clean
