(8 oz. ) packages cream cheese, at room temperature
(16 oz.) sour cream
How to Make BAKED FRENCH CHEESE CAKE
1Mix cream cheese until smooth. Add eggs, one at a time. Whip well.
2Add sugar, vanilla, lemon juice, cornstarch, melted butter and last of all. Add sour cream.
3Pour into pan. Bake into springform pan in a pan of warm water at 450 degrees for 1 hour.
