My aunt was a fantastic baker. She baked a cheesecake that was super. I found this recipe, hoping that it is similiar to my aunt's baked cheesecake.

Ingredients
- 4 - (8 oz. ) packages cream cheese, at room temperature
- 1 teaspoon tsp. vanilla
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 package (16 oz.) sour cream
- 6 - lg. eggs
- 1 1/2 cups sugar
- 2 tablespoons cornstarch
- 1/2 stick melted butter
How To Make baked french cheese cake

Step 1Mix cream cheese until smooth. Add eggs, one at a time. Whip well.

Step 2Add sugar, vanilla, lemon juice, cornstarch, melted butter and last of all. Add sour cream.

Step 3Pour into pan. Bake into springform pan in a pan of warm water at 450 degrees for 1 hour.
