1chop nuts up fine. if you like you can soak the raisins in warm water for about 5 min. then drain.
2mix all the dry ingredients, mixing well. add the can of milk and mix very well.
3line a 9x5 loaf pan with wax paper. put half of mixture in pan and pack down tight and firm. take out of pan, and do the same with the other half. wrap well in foil and put in the freezer. slice & eat. great for Thanksgiving & Christmas. enjoy
