Whipping Cream frosting this is a dark chocolate frosting. Similar to a Glaze type frosting. Not thick and heavy.

1/2 c - whipping cream
2 Tbs - butter
6 SQ - (bakers) semi sweet chocolate, chopped

How To Make fredas whipping cream frosting

Step 1

combine: Cream and Butter in saucepan, over med heat till butter is melted.

Step 2

ADD: Chocolate to Cream Mixture; stirr well until blended and smooth. CHILL until desired spreadig consistency. NOTE: FROSTS a 2 layer cake or 9X13 pan easily.
