fran's sherry cake
This cake is loaded with sherry! It's always a hit and so easy to make. I also make it with a scratch cake recipe but have developed this quick and easy version which is just as good!

Ingredients
- CAKE:
- 1 box yellow cake mix
- 1 box vanilla instant pudding mix, 6-oz.
- 3/4 cup canola oil
- 3/4 cup cream sherry
- 4 large eggs
- 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
- WHILE COOLING:
- 1/4 cup powdered sugar
- 1/2 cup cream sherry
- GLAZE
- 2 cups powdered sugar
- 2 tablespoons cream sherry
How To Make fran's sherry cake

Step 1Preheat oven to 350°F.

Step 2Mix all ingredients except the powdered sugar on medium speed for 5 minutes. Mixture will be thick.

Step 3Pour into well greased bundt pan and bake at 350°F for 45 minutes.

Step 4While cooling mix 1/4 cup powdered sugar and 1/2 cup sherry. Poke holes in cake with a fork and drizzle while still in pan.

Step 5Turn out pan onto cooling rack. Mix glaze ingredients and pour over cake while still warm.
