Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups brown sugar
- 1 stick butter or margarine
- 3 - large eggs
- 3 cups flour
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 2 teaspoons baking soda
- 2 cups mashed bananas
- 1 cup buttermilk
- 1 3/4 teaspoons vanilla extract
How To Make forget the banana bread and try this cake

Step 1Measure and combine all dry ingredients in a seperate bowl. Mix in a medium mixing container together sugar, then butter until fluff like consistancy.Add eggs mixing after each one is added. add the vanilla, buttermilk and flour mixture. Scrape the bowl then add the mashed bananas. Turn the mixer on high speed for 50 seconds then scrape sides once again, mix another few seconds on high.

Step 2Place the batter in a greased 9 X 13 inch cake pan or clear pan for 50 minutes or till brown and toothpick inserted is clean.

Step 3Frost cake with 2 softened packages of cream cheese combined with 1/2 cup buttermilk and 4 cups of powdered sugar. To make this a special presentation some sliced bananas or dusting of walnuts is gorgous.Enjoy it is addictive
