fluffy white frosting (aka: 7 minute frosting)
From a friend - Lisa Fiegel. This frosting is perfect for any angel food cake or any cake, whoopie pie, cookies, etc. You have to work quick when using this frosting. It's almost marshmallow-like & when hard, you can't work with it.

Ingredients
- 2 large egg whites
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 1/4 cup corn syrup, light
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon cream of tartar
- 2 tablespoons water
- 1 1/2 teaspoons pure vanilla extract
How To Make fluffy white frosting (aka: 7 minute frosting)

Step 1Combine all ingredients (except vanilla) into a stainless steel bowl (works the best). Place over boiling water or dutch oven. Beat with a electric hand mixer at high speed until frosting forms stiff peaks, 7 minutes. Remove from heat; add vanilla.

Step 2NOTE: THIS FROSTING IS NOT RECOMMENDED FOR OUTSIDE SUMMER PARTIES! IT DOES NOT HOLD UP IN HEAT OR HUMIDITY, SO KEEP IN A COOL PLACE OR REFRIGERATOR.
