Fluffy Pineapple Cream Cake
1 boxyellow cake mix
1 boxinstant coconut pudding (lg size)
6 ozpineapple, crushed with juice
8 ozcream cheese, room temperature
6 ozcanned mandarin oranges
1non-dairy whipped topping, thawed (small container)
1 ccoconut, flaked
How to Make Fluffy Pineapple Cream Cake
- Make cake mix according to directions and bake in a 9X13 Pan.
- Once cake cools: combine in large bowl dry pudding, crushed pineapple with juice, buttermilk, cream cheese, and juice from oranges. Mix on high till well blended.
- Stir in Whipped topping and oranges.
- Pour onto cooled cake. Sprinkle coconut on top.
This cake is better if prepared a few hours before serving.
