Ingredients
- 2 large banana, mashed
- 2 cups flour
- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
- 3/4 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup butter, softened
- 2 - eggs
- 1 1/2 cups sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup buttermilk or sour milk
- FROSTING:
- 8 ounces cream cheese
- 3/4 stick butter
- 4 cups powdered sugar
- 1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla
How To Make fluffy banana cake

Step 1Cream together sugar and butter. Add eggs, mix well and add mashed bananas. Sift dry ingredients together. Add a little at a time with the buttermilk and vanilla. Baked in a greased 10"x15" pan.

Step 2Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean. Cool and frost.
